Christmas Price Index For The 12 Days of Christmas!

According to the Washington Post....."Have you ever wondered what it would cost your “true love” to give you all the items in the “12 Days of Christmas” song? (You know, the one that goes “three French hens, two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree.)
Well, every year, PNC, a financial company, puts together what it calls the Christmas Price Index, which adds up the cost of all the items in the song.

This year, for the first time, it would cost more than $100,000 to buy everything; $101,119 to be exact. Buying just one set of each verse in the song will cost $24,263. The most expensive item on the list are the seven swans-a-swimming at a whopping $6,300 (appropriate for today’s main story). The partridge, at just $15, is the cheapest.
